Cancellation Policy

KISANTRADE FARMER PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED believes in helping its customers and has adopted the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
  • Cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., are not accepted. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
